Emilie Erskine is a real-life public relations executive with experience developing innovative publicity campaigns utilizing both traditional and digital platforms in the entertainment sector.
Emilie is the President of Erskine Public Relations, which she founded to serve the needs of the most independent thinkers and creators. Clients include media empire MaximumFun.org, Vision Vehicle Productions, American Cinema International, and several NPR programs. Emilie also leads awards, brand activation and publicity campaigns at major events, festivals and markets worldwide. Current and previous awards, brand and publicity campaign focuses include the Academy Awards, the Golden Globe Awards, the Grammy Awards, the Emmy Awards, Comic-Con, WonderCon, the TCAs, AFM, and the Sundance, Cannes, Annecy, SXSW, and the Tribeca film festivals.
Originally from Oakland, C.A., Emilie crossed the country to graduate with a B.F.A. Magna Cum Laude from SUNY Purchase College, and supplemented her education with courses at UC Berkeley and UCLA in French and Public Relations, respectively. Emilie and her husband, marketing executive Tyler Erskine, live in Los Angeles and are proud parents of a little boy.
